God’s Breath is Life!

“ All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction into righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16

God’s breath is life. How long can you hold your breath without being in trouble? In the natural we can only last a short time. A lot of us have and are living in a spiritual oxygen-depleted atmosphere because we are not taking in a deep breath of God’s Word daily. Letting any bit of stress take our breath away.  The Greek root for inspiration is breath. So all scripture is the Breath of God, in Ezekiel God said let these dry bones have breath and return to life. And they came together and stood as a great army

”The Hand of the Lord came upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me all around them; there were very many lying in the valley, and they were very dry. He said to me, “Mortal, can these bones live?” I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” Then He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them: O dry bones, hear the Word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to these bones: I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live. I will lay sinews on you and will cause flesh to come upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am the Lord.” Ezekiel 37: 1-6 (NRSVCE)

 If God’s breath- His Word can do that in a valley of dry bones, think about the power it can release in your life healing, restoration, a dream, a promotion you name it.  Take an extra deep breath today and see what God does in and through you to magnify His love and power in you and through you to others.

There is no more time for lukewarm faith, get hot, dive in 100% don’t be left behind Christ Jesus is coming soon!

Jesus Christ is your Bread and Breath of Life, take time for a daily full meal of God’s Word.
