Morning Line: Living for others!
You can have more, as long as you don’t want it all for yourself!
“Do it all in the name of the Lord.” Col 3:17 NIV
You can have more, as long as you don’t want it all for yourself. In a generation whose motto is “Look out for number one,” we need to be reminded that:
“Christ did not please himself” Romans15:3
He didn’t live to enrich Himself, but to enrich others. You won’t see any selfishness in Him. He’s worthy to be called “Master,” because He first mastered Himself by denying Himself and living for others. You can get almost anything done, as long as you don’t care who gets the credit. “Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus step back and watch how He presses it down shacks it together, and multiplies it. When you succeed and the accolades start coming your way, enjoy them briefly. Then pass them on to the true source of all your accomplishments— Father God. Always remember God is always with you and His ways and thoughts are higher and move in unexpected ways with unexpected people. You can hasten the answers and direction, as long as you don’t despise the source.
“Faith and Obedience.” Faith is like electricity; you don’t have to analyze it to enjoy its benefits. All you have to do is plug into it.
What has God told you to do? Obey Him and His Word. You’ll love the results. Now go find someone to lift up today, you have lives to touch and miracles to be part of.
There is no more time for lukewarm faith, get hot, dive in 100% don’t be left behind Christ Jesus is coming soon!
