Abiding fully in Christ Jesus leads to overflowing contentment and heart full of peace and joy no matter what state of mind you might be in. As Christ Jesus has complete possession of one’s mind, soul and spirit one enters fully into the “JOY of the LORD’ and a satisfied heart.

Nehemiah 8:10 (NRSVCE) “Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions of them to those for whom nothing is prepared, for this day is holy to our Lord; and do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

As a believer there is nothing more attractive or persuasive to another as Joy of a heart made glad. Knowing Christ Jesus is always there helping overcome the trials of life confident that the Joy of the Lord is one’s strength and song. Knowing you have full access to all the power of heaven, as Christ Jesus is abiding in and through you.

Pursuing God Day 20 of 52 “Reality of Faith”

 “Faith is not a once-done act, but a continuous gaze of the heart at the Triune God.”

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1

Faith is more than a momentary decision; it is a constant,

ongoing trust in God. Tozer likens faith to a steady gaze—a

fixed focus on God’s character and promises. Hebrews 11:1

reminds us that faith assures us of unseen realities, giving us

confidence in God’s plans. Today, consider how you can keep

your heart fixed on God throughout all circumstances, trusting

Him fully.

Father, strengthen my faith so that I may keep my eyes fixed on You.                                             Help me to trust You in every season of life. Amen.

Morning Line: His Compassion!   

God’s compassion is our saving grace and mercy.

Psalm 103:11-13 “ For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
as far as the east is from the west,
so far he removes our transgressions from us.
 As a father has compassion for his children,
so the Lord has compassion for those who ( love) fear him.

If God marked/ scored our sin where would any of us be?  In Jesus Christ we are redeemed and healed. God through His, Holy Spirit always meets us where we are as we believe in Him through Him,           That All things are possible.

Mark 11:24”…What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

God knows very well what we need as we reach out in simple faith and receive Jesus Christ into our life He reaches back in steadfast Love, compassion, and grace leading the way as we take refuge in Him. Live and walk in peace today know Jesus Christ is your salvation and strength.

Love Lifts

 So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it. Colossians 3: 13 (MSG)

Set your Day off on the right stride, Give God the reins of your, mind, will and emotions for guidance and you will find yourself in many more “winners circle” Blessed to be a Blessing!!!

Pursuing God Day 19 of 52 “The Call to Intimacy”

“God wills that we should push on into His presence

and live our whole life there.”

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you” James 4:8

God desires a close relationship with His children. Tozer

encourages us not to settle for a distant acknowledgment of

God but to press into His presence fully.

James 4:8 promises that as we draw closer to God, He will meet us with His love

and grace. Intimacy with God requires time, honesty, and vulnerability.

Today, reflect on ways you can cultivate a deeper

relationship with your heavenly Father.

Lord, I long to draw closer to You. Help me to live every

moment in Your presence and to seek intimacy with You daily.

Amen.

Day 18 of 52 “The Joy of Obedience”

“To escape the error of salvation by works, we have fallen into

the opposite error of salvation without obedience.”

“If you love me, keep my commands” John 14:15

Obedience is not a burden but a joyful response to God’s love.

Tozer warns against the danger of neglecting obedience in

our walk with God. Jesus’ words in John 14:15 reveal that

Obedience flows naturally from love for Him. When we follow

His commands, we align ourselves with His will and experience

the blessings of a life lived for His glory. Today, reflect on areas

where you can grow in obedience.

Lord, help me to obey Your commands out of love and gratitude

for all You have done. Let my life reflect my devotion to You. Amen.

Careless Judging

“Judge  not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Matthew 7: 1-5 (NKJ)

Bear and Share Burdens

Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ for if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. Morning Line: Be Encouraged!

One word from God can change any situation for good. His word is everlasting an incorruptible seed for your  life’s success.

Take time to ponder these scriptures and let them soak into your spirit, heart, and soul. They will give you peace of mind and release confidence and well-being in your daily walk spiritually and physically.

Romans 10:17”…faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”

Matthew 17:20”… for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove… and it shall remove…”

Luke 18:27 “…He replied, “What is impossible for mortals is possible for God.”

2 Corinthians 9:8 “… And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work.”

Have faith that God can move your mountain when you speak to it, His Word, Promises, and Precepts we are given will not change. Stand firm His spirit is with you and will He will Not Fail You!
