For God alone my soul waits in silence; From Him comes my salvation.

He alone is my rock and my salvation,

My soul continually remembers them  And is bowed down within me.
But this I call to mind,Therefore I have hope.
It is because of the Lord’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed,
Because His [tender] compassions never fail.

They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.

“The Lord is my portion and my inheritance,” says my soul;
“Therefore I have hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him.”
The Lord is good to those who wait [confidently] for Him,
To those who seek Him [on the authority of God’s word].
It is good that one waits quietly

“The Eternal Pursuit”

“To have found God and still to pursue

Him is the soul’s paradox of love.”

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness,

and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

Our journey with God is both a discovery and a pursuit. Tozer

reminds us that even as we experience the joy of knowing

God, our love for Him compels us to seek Him more deeply.

Matthew 6:33 encourages us to prioritize God’s kingdom and

righteousness above all else. Reflect today on how you can

continue to pursue God with passion and devotion, trusting

Him to provide for your needs.

Lord, thank You for the privilege of pursuing You. Help me to

seek Your kingdom above all else and to grow in my love for

You daily. Amen.

God’s holiness is beyond human comprehension. Tozer

emphasizes that His holiness is not merely an attribute but the

essence of who He is. Isaiah 6:3 captures this truth as the angels

declare His unmatched purity and glory. As you reflect today,

consider how God’s holiness calls us to a life of reverence and

worship. Ask Him to help you live in a way that honors His

holy name.

Lord, You are holy and worthy of all praise. Help me to live in

awe of Your greatness and to reflect Your holiness in my life. Amen.

If our expectations come from any source other than God, it sets one up for disappointment.

There’s a Right Time for Everything. Sometimes it’s hard to say no, but not every problem or opportunity is a call to jump in.

Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. Proverbs 3:6”In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”

Sometimes we need to give ourselves time with the Father, Son, and Spirit to  help muck out our stall. So we can be open and ready our assignment.

Be still have heart with expectation peace of heart, mind, and spirit, God’s never early and His plan and timing are perfect for you as you submit to Him and ride it out.

Psalm 62:5”My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him”

Wait patiently to obtain the promise

Hebrews 6:15”… after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise”

God has an awesome plan, ask him for ears to hear, eyes to see and a light on your path.

Have faith God’s word does not change, but we have the choice to follow it even when it’s against or flesh and self-will.

However when we do follow God’s Word it leads to His best and a testimony of His grace and Love.

Get up suit up in the Amor of God, your next assignment is about to unfold before you.  Be ready and willing to go.

Tozer reminds us that living in the Spirit is not optional for

believers; it is central to our walk with Christ. Galatians 5:25

calls us to align our lives with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him

to guide and empower us daily. This requires a willingness to

yield to His leading and trust in His work within us. Reflect

today on how you can live more fully in step with the Spirit.

Holy Spirit, guide me and fill me with Your presence. Help me

to walk in step with You each day, growing in faith and obedience. Amen.

Morning Line: Destination!

Our destination is the result of our belief and choices.  Our thoughts may change our daily choices. Godly choices change our eternal prospects. It’s not about finishing life well. Death is the starting gate to eternity. We can’t change the past, but starting now is the future. Prepare for the next race it’s on an awesome track.

Psalm 25:11-13 (ESV) ^“For your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon my guilt, for it is great. Who is the man who fears the Lord? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose. His soul shall abide in well-being and his offspring shall inherit the land.”

People will come and go from your life. Praise God when they come and go. Remind yourself God blessed you before and He will after. He will never leave or forsake you. Keep looking forward. The past is the past and God’s interested in today’s relationship and your future relationship with Him.

Daily pour God’s Word into your heart to overflow and when you need its power will pour back out of you in power and might to take care of the day before you.

As you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, his Spirit is with you and will guide you. Have faith today your supply and needs are met.

reassures us that Christ’s character and love are unchanging. In

a world of uncertainty, we can rest in the knowledge that God’s

affection for us is unwavering. Take time today to thank God

for His consistent love and reflect on how this truth provides

security and hope.

Father, thank You for Your unchanging love that sustains me through every season.

The Reward of Seeking God

“The man who has God for his treasure has all things in One.”

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:13

Tozer reminds us that when God is our ultimate treasure, we lack

nothing. Often, we spend so much time chasing after worldly

desires—success, possessions, approval—only to find that they

never fully satisfy. But when we seek God above all else, we

find that He is more than enough. Jeremiah 29:13 reassures us

that wholehearted pursuit of God leads to a deeper encounter

with Him. Are you seeking God first in your life? Today, take

a moment to reflect on your priorities. Where do you need to

shift your focus to make Him your greatest treasure?

Pray: Heavenly Father, I long to seek You with all my heart. Forgive

me for the times I have pursued lesser things, thinking they

could satisfy what only You can fulfill. Draw me closer to You,

and help me to realign my desires with Your perfect will. Teach

me to delight in Your presence above all else, knowing that in

You, I have everything I need. Thank You for Your unwavering

love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
