Morning Line: Be Real!

“…Beware of…hypocrisy.” Luke12:1 NKJV

‘Hypocrisy’ could be translated as hype a charade. Jesus denounced it. Speaking about the religious leaders of His day, He said:

‘…Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops’ (Luke 12:1-3 NKJV).

Jesus was hard on hypocrites because hypocrisy accuses in others what it excuses in itself, says one thing but does another and popularity above principle, loves admiration but cuts corners when it comes to integrity. God’s word teaches us all people are equal in Jesus Christ, God understands our weaknesses and He will work with us on them, but He won’t put up with our hypocrisy.

Don’t be doubled minded get both feet on the same path!

Be real, be trustworthy, trust in the Lord God with all your heart and you will fly with eagles.

Morning Line: Time Out!

“…Stand…still a while, that I may show thee the word of God.” 1 Samuel 9:27 KJV

‘Here’s an ancient Scripture with a modern message: ‘As they were going down to…the city, Samuel said to Saul…‘stand thou still a while, that I may show thee the word of God.’’

Today we are told that in order to succeed we must hit the floor running at a hundred miles an hour, and keep it up until we collapse. And what’s the downside to all this? Our walk with the Lord slows to a crawl, or stops altogether. Our busyness leads to spiritual barrenness, mental and physical collapse. When that’s happening to you, you need to say: ‘Time out! I refuse to put my spiritual, personal and family life on autopilot, mouthing meaningless prayers and leafing through a Bible, that’s neither studied or live by, choose to pay whatever price it takes to walk with God.’ Doing that will not be easy, you’ll have to start saying no to certain things, and run the risk of displeasing people. But you’ll find peace with God in a position to hear what He’s saying to you. Nobody ever said the Christian walk is easy; however in the long haul it will save your Life and likely the lives of others dear and close to you!

Let His Spirit write on the tablet of your heart and spirit and find what a truly rewarding life can be.

 “ You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, to be known and read by all; and you show that you are a letter of Christ, prepared by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human heart. Morning Line: Surrender to Win

Why do you worry? What possible use does worrying serve? You are aboard a large ship that you would be unable to steer even if the Captain placed you at the helm. You would not even be able to adjust the sails, yet you worry as if you were the captain or the helmsman of the vessel. Be quiet, dear soul-God is the Master!

Do you think all the commotion and uproar of this life is evidence God has left the throne? He has not! His mighty steeds rush furiously ahead, and His chariots are the storms themselves, But the horses have bridles, and it is God who holds the reins, guiding the chariots as He wills!

Our God Jehovah is still the Master! Believe this and you will have peace.

Morning Line:  Live Right Die Right

“He is not here, but is risen!” Luke 24:6 NKJV

Christ, the founder of Christianity, was the only man capable of making an appointment beyond the grave and turning up to keep it. Jesus told His disciples, ‘After I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee’ (Matthew 26:32 NKJV).

And He did. If you visit the graves of those who founded the great religions of the world, you will find that they are still occupied. But if you visit the grave where they laid Jesus, you will find that it is empty and the words of the angels still echoing, ‘He is not here, but is risen!’

Those words turn every Christian burial into a celebration. Jesus promised, ‘Because I live, you will live also.’ Eventually you will die of something; the question is; how can you die right?   There are two correct answers to that question:

(1)By preparing in advance. It was a truly human tombstone that bore the inscription, ‘I expected this, but not just yet.’ Here’s how you prepare for death. ‘If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved’ (Romans 10:9 NKJV).

(2) By fulfilling your life’s assignment. Jesus said, ‘I have glorified You on earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do’ (John 17:4 NKJV).  In the final audit you will stand before God and He will ask you, ‘What did you do with the gifts I gave you? Did you fulfill your assignment on earth?’ In that moment, nothing will be more important than how you answer that question.

Morning Line: Wondrous LOVE                                                                                                         By Bob Gass

“…My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?” Matthew 27:46 NKJV

Imagine having to stand on a stage and watch every sin you’ve ever committed replayed for the entire world to see – your secret addictions, your selfish motives, your angry outbursts, your critical attitudes, and your jealous heart. How would you feel? Well, Jesus experienced much worse.

The Bible says: ‘He…bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness  by whose stripes you were healed’ (1Peter 2:24 NKJV).

It’s bad enough to die for sins you didn’t commit, but imagine being forsaken by God!                 Does that mean the Psalmist was wrong when he wrote:  ‘…I have never seen the righteous forsaken…’ (Psalms 37:25 NIV) No, because at that moment Jesus was anything but righteous. When you look at Him hanging there you will see the gossiper, the liar, the cheater, the alcoholic, the porn addict, the child abuser, the murderer. Does it bother you to see His name linked with theirs? Jesus did even more. He put Himself in their and yours mind. In a move that broke God’s heart and gave us the gift of eternal life, He poured out His righteous judgment on His only Son. So when Jesus cried from the cross, ‘My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?’ He said it so that you would never have to. What wondrous love He gave to all, to you so that you and I are redeemed.  If you haven’t accepted Him as Lord, do it now, if you have rejoice and be glad it.                                                                                                                                                               Jesus Christ: Died and rose from the dead “ Once and for “All”,  come join me and the family.

Morning Line: You’re Chosen

Your Father God is with you every step and has your best in mind. Lean, trust, and know He will bring you to it. He will finish what He has started in you.

You will lend too many nations, but you will not borrow. The Lord will make you the head, and not the tail; you shall be only at the top, and not at the bottom—if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I am commanding you today, by diligently observing them, and if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I am commanding you today, either to the right or to the left, following other gods to serve them. Deuteronomy 28:12-14 (NRSVCE)

Where the Holy Spirit leads you, Jehovah God will provide for you. “Peace  be with you”

Morning Line:   He Provides

“Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knew the gift of God, and who it is that said to thee, Give me to drink; thou would have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.” John 4:10

God is the greatest giver there ever was. He lives to give. When He asks something of us we can be assured that it is only so He can multiply it and gives it back to us.
God is not interested in the water we can give Him.

We don’t have anything to offer God that He doesn’t already have. God wants us to accept Him as our Heavenly Father  and Christ Jesus as savior, healer and Lord of our life.

Don’t walk away from God, All of our achievements and possessions are nothing compared to what God offers us in exchange. Don’t miss it; the best is yet to come as you let Father God become the pilot of your life through His, Holy Spirit at work in you.

Get up, be expectant, the Holy Spirit will guide you, you are about to fly!!

Morning Line: Dream Big!

God gave you a dream or identity before birth He knew your spirit

You were designed to be an all-around winner in every area of your life. Christ Jesus paid your entry fee at the cross to set you free. By accepting Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior you are a Full-Joint Heir to All the Promises of God, His precept, care, and leading.

Receive it, Trust it prepare to serve God, and His people. The Holy Spirit will guide and train you and when the time is right. He will help you out of the gate, showing you the way to His Winner’s Circle with a life full of grace, mercy and blessing.

Christ Jesus said and promised in  John 10:10 “I am come that you might have life, and that you might have it more abundantly.”

Own this promise in your mind, heart and spirit. you are wonderfully made to be more than you ever imagined.

Daily prepare and learn the lessons of the day  being ready for when the Opportunity of your God-given Dreams arrives ready to blossom.

Be patient, keep training, God is preparing you for your opportunity. His timing is perfect.
