Stand Tall the Cross is Empty

Thank God the cross is empty and we have a new covenant of grace in Christ Jesus, our Savior, by His death He took our poverty and by His resurrection, He became our answer to prosperity, health, and eternal life. Rest in Him when life is tough He will provide a safe landing. Thank Him for daily guidance and Love.

I pray you will know Him. “… the power of his resurrection” Philippians 3:10

Jesus Christ has you covered and His Spirit is always with you, stand tall and walk boldly in the promises.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon Me, and ye shall go and pray unto Me and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek Me and find Me when ye shall search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29: 11-13

We all want to be accepted, what someone thinks shouldn’t determine what we think about ourselves. It’s what we think about ourselves in Christ Jesus that’s important. When facing challenges, some will say I can’t win, you are wrong. With Christ Jesus at work in you all things are possible.

“ If then there is any encouragement in Christ, any consolation from love, any sharing in the Spirit, any compassion and sympathy,  make my joy complete: be of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves.  Let each of you look not to your own interests but to the interests of others.

Morning Line: Jehovah God Is Love!

God is Love regardless of what we think. God is what we expect from the past experiences we’ve had. The truth is God is LOVE, grace, patience, kindness, Fatherly, brotherly protector, and much more. He can be all or nothing to you it’s your choice. Choose ALL.

“..wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; discretion and understanding shall keep you” Proverbs 2:10-11

Don’t limit God’s Everlasting Love surrender 100% letting His spirit mold, shape, teach, lead to be, and do more than you could have ever imagined.

“ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?  Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.” Hebrews 8:31-33

Good Character

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things, the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.

 But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.  Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,  and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,  where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.

 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.  But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Morning Line: Point of View

 “love suffers long, and is kind; charity envies not; love boasts not of itself, is not puffed up…” 1 Corinthians 13:4

Most conflict is caused by a difference of opinion, or lack of understanding, fear, and self-centeredness. Failure to appreciate differences in each and ourselves, when, 9 times out of 10 understanding the other person’s view solves the conflict, as your hearing improves so does your kindness, seeing, and workability in appreciating differences of other people. It doesn’t mean you give up your convictions or accountability, it means you are open to allowing others to be different without strife.

Pray today for an open heart, mind, and spirit; choose to be a peacemaker. It will bless you and open doors you have never imagined.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God” Matthew 5:8-9 (NRSVCE)

Road to Life

“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road is easy that leads to destruction, and there are many who take it. For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorns, or figs from thistles? In the same way, every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.  A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will know them by their fruits.

 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name? Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.’

 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on rock.  And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a foolish man who built his house on sand.  The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its fall!”

 Now when Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were astounded at his teaching,  for he taught them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.

Morning Line: Our Refuge and Strength

 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
