“The Pursuit of Eternal Values”
“Any temporal possession can be turned into everlasting wealth.
Whatever is given to Christ is immediately touched with immortality.”
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth,
where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves
break in and steal. But store up for yourselves
treasures in heaven.” Matthew 6:19-20
Tozer challenges us to invest in eternal treasures by dedicating
our time, talents, and possessions to God. Matthew 6:19–20
encourages us to prioritize heavenly rewards over earthly gains.
Reflect on the widow in Mark 12:43–44, who gave all she had,
trusting God to honor her sacrifice. Consider how you can use
your resources to further God’s kingdom and make an eternal
impact.
Lord, help me to pursue treasures that last forever. Teach me to use my time and resources for Your glory. Amen.
