MORNING LINE: Get In Step
We battle stress daily, but God is faithful. We can count on Him to be with us every step of the way. Let go of worry. Worry is a trust issue stemming from our desire to be in control. We keep trying to fix tomorrow’s problems with today’s resources.
God has said: Isaiah 43:2,3 “When you pass through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when you walk through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One…”
Pray this prayer: Father God, help me be in step with you.
Getting in step with God, trusting Him to set your pace on the right lead, letting Him have His hands on your hands on the reins, being teachable, renewing your mind daily to God’s way is rewarding and peaceful, and will guide gate to wire.
God doesn’t respond to what we do; by faith, we respond to what God is doing, finding peace and direction in step and in sync
