Energy, strength and endurance is not achieved by moving faster but by going slower, focusing on God the Father, to accomplish what He’s called you to do. There is no limit to what God is willing and able to do in a yielded believer. His Holy Spirit is like the wind beneath your wings, enabling you to soar as eagles.

Psalm 103:5”who satisfies… with good…; so that…youth is renewed like the eagles”

As you rest in the Lord your God energy, strength and endurance will be renewed and you’ll be ready ride.

“18 I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.                                                                                                                                          20 Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine,  Ephesians 3: 18-20 (NRSVCE)
