As we meet and solve problems, we grow mentally and spiritually. Wise people learn not to dread problems, but to welcome the pain they bring. They become resilient- they bounce back. People handle trauma in two ways. They either give up because they’re afraid, or they grow up by developing the capacity to handle it.

The difference is that, instead of acting like victims, resilient people:
(1) take charge of their lives
(2) refuse to relinquish their values
(3) refocus on their goal.

It’s said, “Challenge is a dragon with a gift in its mouth. Tame the dragon and the gift is yours.” Quitting is always simpler than enduring, but it can become a pattern very hard to break. So if you’re thinking, “This relationship is too hard, I want out,” or, “This job isn’t what I expected, I’m quitting,” remember, you’re developing resiliency by remaining faithful in situations you don’t like and can’t change.
Stay the course, trusting God to get you through to success.
“ I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine” Ephesians 3:18-20 NKJ

Morning Line: Faith, not Feelings

^“So then, being always filled with good courage and confident hope, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord— for we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises]—2 Corinthians 5: 6-7

By faith, not appearance; God never wants us to look at our feelings. Self may want us to; and Satan may want us to. But God wants us to face facts, not feelings; the facts of Christ and of His finished and perfect work for us.

When we face these precious facts, and believe them because God says they are facts, God will take care of our feelings.

God never gives feeling to enable us to trust Him; God never gives feeling to encourage us to trust Him; God never gives feeling to show that we have already and utterly trusted Him. God gives feeling only when He sees that we trust Him apart from all feeling, resting on His own Word, and on His own faithfulness to His promise. Never until then can the feeling (which is from God) possibly come; and God will give the feeling in such a measure and at such a time as His love sees best for the individual case.

We must choose between facing toward our feelings and facing toward God’s facts. Our feelings may be as uncertain as the sea or the shifting sands. God’s facts are as certain as the Rock of Ages, even Christ Himself, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

“When darkness veils His lovely face
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale,
My anchor holds within the veil.”

Morning Line: Strength!

Sometimes, head, heart, and spirit knowledge struggle to stay in sync.

If this is you, I pray someone wraps their heart, mind, and spirit around you to help you pull yours back together, pouring the healing, steadfast love of Father, Son, and Spirit into you and your life. “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10

You choose your outlook each day, so choose wisely and seek help if need be:

A Joyful Outlook;

(1) Gives you the winning edge.

(2) Determines how others respond to you.

(3) Brings happiness.

(4) Brings the best result.

Having joyful confidence increases your chances of success. When you approach a task, fix your mind on God’s promises and not your feelings. It will help keep you stay on track to be a winner!

Psalm 28:6-8 (NRSVCE) “….The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts….”

If your song is full of Joy today, share it; if you are out of tune today, I pray someone shares their song with you, and it brings you back to Joy, Peace, and Strength.

Trust Him. Get up and get ready for your next opportunity and victory!

Morning Line: What spills?

When you kick over your bucket, what spills: faith or doubt? God wants you to trust Him to help mend your fences.

 Hebrews 11:6 “without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that  He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”

Don’t fret; believe, and God’s always ready with a leg when you turn to Him.

2 Corinthians 1:9”we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raised the dead”

It may look like you are at the end of the rope, but don’t give up. What may look like the end can be a new beginning if you hand the reins of your life to Jesus Christ; let His supernatural power flow into your life. Trusting by faith is grace kicking in, knowing your loving Father God is in the situation and has your new beginning.

So when you kick your bucket over, let grace, mercy, healing, love, forgiveness, encouragement, opportunities, and opportunities to give a leg up to someone flow out of your bucket, along with the fruits of the Holy Spirit and God’s never-changing Word and steadfast love.

Morning Line: Believe It

You already have it by faith; you release it. Through Christ Jesus, God has made “All” provision for you.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, just as He chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love” Ephesians 1:3-4 (NRSVCE)

Key word: “Has Given”. Friend, this means it’s done, and God’s Word never changes. So you have it now and forever. By faith, believe you have His blessings and promises.
Rest in this promise without doubt and unbelief. Actively pursue rest and renew your mind in God’s promise and provision, forming a spiritual Shield around your faith, heart, and mind, knowing that Jesus Christ in you meets all your needs, spiritual and physical.

Our faith doesn’t move God; Our Faith opens the door to receive what God “Has” already done for us. You are healed and blessed today. Rest and Receive It!

Morning Line: Your Dream Matters!

Your dream matters, big or small; it gives you Passion, Motivation, Direction, and Purpose. It may seem small, but without you, it won’t get done, and something important won’t happen.

Ask God for help to fulfill your dream, the blueprint He placed in you before time; it counts, you count, and He loves being involved in your life and helping build the dreams and purpose He placed in you before time began. God loves you and sees you as His amazing child!

God’s Promise in Psalm 32:8 (NRSVCE): “ I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.”

Lord, I pray those reading this today will be renewed and filled with fresh fire and the oil of gladness, feeling your Holy Spirit, your presence, and your great love for them and your desire to walk in sync and rhythm with them to complete the blueprint designed just for them.

By an act of your will and heart, forgive them, and then watch as God steps in with peace and victory in a way you never imagined.

2 Corinthians 5:18-21 (NKJ) Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

This is the miracle of faith and trusting in God’s Word; it will not return void; His joy is to get it to you to use for Him and give it back to you to use again. With plenty for you, meeting your supply and much more to supply others.
