Morning Line: Authority!

“they were astonished at His (Jesus) teaching, for His Word was with authority.” Luke 4:32 (NKJ)

Think about how God’s Word is more powerful than any enemy’s hand or sword.

And you have access to it through the Holy Spirit, who activates His Word in you. God’s Word has all the power you need to bring life back into any situation you’re facing.

So speak  God’s Word, the breath of life, over any circumstance today: marriage, family, health, and business, whatever.

Be encouraged, be bold, be strong. God’s Word can bring life. Eat, drink, and breathe God’s Word; it will bring peace, power, and “Victory” into your life. Stand on it, believe, and receive!

Our Father, Creator God, is saying to you.

 “ do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you,   I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 (NRSVCE)

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you [who are willing to learn] with My eye upon you”. Psalm 32: 8 (AMP)

^“I will put My Spirit in you, and you will come to life, and I will place you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and fulfilled it,” says the Lord.’ Ezekiel 37:14 (AMP)

” So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 (NKJ)

Seek the Lord while He may be found; Call on Him [for salvation] while He is near.

Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], nor will I forsake or let you down or relax My hold on you [assuredly not]!” ⁶ So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently say,

Morning Line: Breath of God!

“By the Word of the Lord the heavens were made, all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.” Psalm 33: 6

By the Word, the Breath of His mouth, the words “Word” and “Breath” are interchangeable here.

 In Genesis 1:1-3 we read the earth was without form, void, and dark, and the Spirit of God said” Let there be light. “And the earth was formed out of nothing.

Know this: how much more can God, out of His love, grace, and mercy for you, put the pieces of your life together, no matter the situation, if He can create the universe from nothing into something great. Think how much more He can do with you when you have a willing Spirit to receive.

We can’t speak without breath, and God spoke, and His Word created what He said. All Scripture is God’s breath and power; let it saturate you and release its power in you. Whatever you are going through, stand on the promises of “The Breath of God”; they will do what they are sent to do, with the power to put and hold things together in your life.

“Grace be unto you, and peace, from God…”

1 Corinthians 1:3

One cannot experience God’s peace unless first knowing how to receive His grace and walk in it. There are three things about grace to understand:

(1) It cannot be earned

(2) It’s God doing for you what you can’t do for yourself

(3) It doesn’t kick in until you stop struggling, trying in your own strength.

James 4:6 . The ‘humble’ are those who admit their total inability to succeed without God’s help. Peter writes: one grows in grace by trusting God by taking God at His Word, counting on His gracious provision and intervention in situations difficult or impossible. There will never be a day when we don’t need God’s grace, and if we are willing to acknowledge we need it, we receive it.

‘For out of His fullness we have all received… grace… spiritual blessing…and favor …’ John 1:16.

John 14:11-13 Emphasizes the unity between Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit, and you, stating that those who believe in Him will perform even greater works than He has done. He also assures that whatever is asked in His name will be granted, highlighting the power of faith and prayer.

Morning Line: Breath

“ All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction into righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16

The Bible is God’s Breath of Life. How long can you hold your breath without being in trouble?

In the natural, we can only last a short time

Many of us are living in a spiritually oxygen-depleted atmosphere because we are not taking a deep breath of God’s Word daily and letting any bit of stress take our breath away.

The Greek root for inspiration is breath. So all Scripture is the “Breath of God”; in Ezekiel, God said Let these dry bones have breath and return to life. And they came together and stood as a great army.

Ezekiel 37:1-5 “ The hand of the Lord came upon me, and he brought me out by the spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me all around them; there were very many lying in the valley, and they were very dry.  He said to me, “Mortal, can these bones live?” I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them: O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.  Thus says the Lord God to these bones: I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live.

If God’s breath- His Word can do that in a valley of dry bones, think about the power it can release in your life.

Take an extra deep breath today and see what God does in and through you. Let the breath of God energize you and regenerate your dry bones.

Let God Show You Where to Go; Where You Are Matters!

Sometimes you need to change your location mentally, and sometimes physically, to succeed in what God’s called you to do. Look at Elijah.

“The word of the Lord came to him, saying, ‘Get away from here and turn eastward….” 1Kings 17:2-4

As you submit and do what God tells you in His Word and in your spirit. The Holy Spirit will prepare you to go where He sends you, moving from the natural realm to the supernatural one. God has a plan and place for your life to be more and touch more than you can imagine. You matter and were born for a purpose.

“I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.” Isaiah 48:17 NIV

If your heart desires to honor God in all things, He will show you the best location and path to succeed and fulfill the dream He sowed into your spirit before time began.

Morning Line: Hydrate your Spirit!

 “ He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river. Psalm 105:41 (KJV)

We need to strive to be like the man in Psalm 1:2-3 (KJV): “…his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

The water is the Word of God flowing in us, and Christ Jesus is the unshakable rock we can stand on.

We are the tree, and the watering of the Word brings forth fruit of the Spirit: love, peace, joy, gentleness, self-control, meekness, and temperance in your life.

Let God’s Word hydrate, cleanse, and fill you today as you walk in good health, well-being, and prosperity as it leads you.

“ I pray that you may have the power to comprehend….and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” Ephesians 3:18-19

Morning Line: Beauty for Ashes!

God has promised to give you “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness”(Isaiah 61:3)

The spirit of heaviness will lift when you begin to praise  God. It will fall off you like a garment. The weight will be gone. Your sadness will turn to gladness.

When you begin to worship God  you will feel His presence intensify you’ll have peace, He will strengthen you to rise above your discouragement as you praise your way through the storm to victory!  When you keep your head up and your eyes on Jesus Christ, your heart begins to rejoice even in the toughest test. It takes effort, but it’s worth it. Remember, you don’t always win every fight in the first round. But if you hang in there and keep answering the bell with praise, you will be victorious.

I encourage you to make a gratitude list and add to it often. The more you show gratitude for what you have from Father God and stop whining about what you don’t have, the more God can bless you, because He knows He can trust you to share it with those He brings to you.
