Morning Line: Forgiveness and Forgiven!

“ forgive us our debts,  as we also have forgiven our debtors.

Keeping anger inside of us, not only causes mental illness but also causes our bodies to suffer also. Letting go of past hurts is hard to do. Especially if you felt that you needed to get back at the person, but it won’t change the circumstances and it will add negativity to the situation be the better person. Let go of your anger. It will free your body, soul, and mind in times of pain emotionally and physically.

Let go let God, Receive God’s Reconciliation and healing in all of your life.

1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful..to forgive us…”

Breathe in forgiveness, cleansing, and loving-kindness, and life will begin turning in your favor.

Psalm 103:12  “As far as the east is from the west,.. he removed our transgressions from us.

Through the acceptance of Jesus Christ, you are righteous and forgiven…”

Choose to have peace trusting God to restore in time what was taken or mistakenly given away and abused.

You’re Promised Deliverance and restoration: “The spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me; he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives,  and release to the prisoners” Isaiah 61:1 (NRSVCE)

Morning Line: Kintsugi

 “The world breaks everyone, then some become strong at the broken places.” ~Ernest Hemingway

Jesus said: The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;” Luke 4:1 (NKJV) “

We all get broken in one way or another in this life. It’s an unavoidable part of living.

But we do have a choice about how we handle those breaks. Sometimes we get stuck in the brokenness and never heal. Or we try to pretend the brokenness is not there, driving it into our shadow where we act it out toward others without knowing why.

Sometimes we give ourselves the time and resources to heal those broken places, but the scars remain tender and reactive.

And then there are the times when we do the hard work that’s required to not only heal the broken places but to make those places stronger than they were before. Then, our scars become beautiful in the way they allow us to bring healing to the world around us.

The Japanese art of Kintsugi (also known as kintsukuroi) repairs broken pottery with seams of gold and is a fitting metaphor for this last way of dealing with the broken places that life gives all of us. Kintsugi repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the container even more beautiful and valuable than it was before being broken.

This theme of finding beauty in the healing of life’s wounds is in the Body, Blood, and Restoration of Life, as Christ Jesus is Lord, Savior, and Healer of your Life.

Morning Line: Roll with the Punches! 

Be inoculated from the spiritual disease—hardening of the attitudes.

A disease that makes you think your opinion is the only one. And as long as life cooperates with you, you’re fine. But when it doesn’t, then you start blaming others, life, the Devil, or God. Your faith may be well-intentioned, but faith without flexibility is just failure looming!

Paul tells us to overcome the challenges we face in life. He didn’t overcome naturally, or learn it at a “flexibility seminar,” He learned it in the rough-and-tumble school of patience, persistence, humility, self-denial, dedication, and confidence in God. As a result, he rolled with the punches of life while demonstrating how to survive and win.

When your faith collides with reality, it flexes and holds on until victory emerges.

Meditate on Paul’s method and thinking:

 “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7 (NRSVCE)

“ I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty, and of being in need.  I can do all things through him who strengthens me. “Philippians 4:12-13 (NRSVCE)

Morning Line:  Courage!

Courage is the mastery of fear. In these trying times of so much misinformation, we have the assurance God is with us and will carry us through.

We have these promises for strength and encouragement.

Deuteronomy 31:6 ^“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that does go with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you.”

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Isaiah 55:11 ‘So shall My word (God) be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. “

Fear not today the “Joy of the Lord” is your strength and Jesus Christ is your answer let the Holy Spirit guide you through all the twists and turns of the day and your life leading you down your best pathway.

Dare to stand on God’s Word today it’s given to you for peace, strength, faith, and courage.

Be bold in your faith today take on the full Armor of God and stand strong.

Hebrews 10:36 ” Patient endurance is what’s needed now, so that you’ll… receive all that’s.. promised”

Keeping a good attitude and smile, and waiting on God’s perfect time can be a challenge but worth it. Galatians 6:9” let’s not get tired of doing what is good”. At just the right time we’ll reap a harvest of blessings if we don’t give up.

Keep Pressing Toward the Goal

” Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Continue practicing, conditioning, and self-control, growing in knowledge. Praying daily abiding in Christ Jesus as He abides in you flowing in wisdom, knowledge, and health.
