Hold Fast Your Confession

 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,  by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God,  let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.  And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,  not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.  Reconciled

 Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him.  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.  Knowing, therefore, the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are well known to God, and I also trust are well known in your consciences.

 For we do not commend ourselves again to you, but give you opportunity to boast on our behalf, that you may have an answer for those who boast in appearance and not in heart. For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; or if we are of sound mind, it is for you. For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;  and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 2 Corinthians 5:9-20 (NKV)

Morning Line: Made Acceptable!

 He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness]. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (AMP)

The world tells us that our value is connected to our ‘doing.’

Growing up, we’re constantly compared or comparing. But no matter how hard we tried, we still were not satisfied.  Leaving us burned out, confused, and turned off.  When all we need is the assurance of God’s unconditional love!  We stumble until we know in our hearts and minds that we’re loved by God apart from what we do or don’t do.  Jesus Christ made our assurance through the cross possible. We no longer stumble along believing that our acceptance with God is performance-based, or we fail.

There was a performance but not ours. It is what Jesus Christ did for us at the cross! His blood washed our sins away and His body healed us. Jesus Christ loves you unconditionally and is committed to working with you. And the best part is, He doesn’t condemn you while He’s doing it! He understands your temperament, your struggles, and even the faulty foundation upon which you’ve based your self-worth. He cares. As you grow in a personal relationship with Him, He relieves pain, reveals true value, and releases gifts in you.

Remember John 3:17 (NKJV) ^“ For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world (or you), but that the world (you) through Him might be saved.”

Know you are positioned securely ‘in Jesus Christ.’ Therefore you’re always acceptable to Him. Your Father God and creator see you as special and a WINNER!

Morning Line: Good and Bad Days

God loves and accepts you as much on your bad days as He does on your good ones. In a performance-based society, that’s easy to forget.

“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NKJV)

God’s acceptance is based on your standing in Jesus Christ, not the state of your life at any given time. Think of the cross as a trading post. There God took every sin you’d ever committed past, present, and future laying it upon His son Jesus Christ. And the moment you place your trust in Jesus Christ, God took all of Christ’s righteousness and wrapped you up in it. From that point on, He sees you only one way, In Jesus Christ. Making the Ultimate Trade of Life from Death!

You will realize that your worth isn’t based on what you do but on who you are in relationship to Jesus Christ. God actually assigned great value to you by allowing Jesus Christ, His only Son, to die for you. As your relationship grows with Him, you will find your Good days are more and your Bad days farther apart.

”So find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.
Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your insight or understanding.
 In all your ways, know, acknowledge, and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]. Proverbs 3:4-6 (AMP)

Cease the Day! You were born to Fly!

Morning Line: Peace Be with You

Faith in — Worry out!

^“ Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. Discipline yourselves, keep alert….”  1 Peter 5:7-8 (NRSVCE)

What did you worry about this year or last week; how many came to pass?  None of your worries made them better or worse. Is it only taking a physical and emotional toll on you? Worry affects the circulation, the heart, the glands, and the whole nervous system profoundly affecting your health and ability to make sound decisions so that you can take your next right step.

Your Father God says in his Word (your Bible), ‘Give all your worries and cares to (me) God, for He cares about you.’ By committing each day to the Lord, you trust Him to go before you and work things out for the best. It doesn’t mean there won’t be a fall now and then. Your is standing back up knowing He will get you to the other side right side up.

It’s the only way to live! Worry doesn’t work. It’s like a rocking chair; it will give you something to do but won’t get you anywhere! Life is too big for any of us to handle alone, so attack it with the promises of God.  Bring your fears to God and watch them shrivel, bring your Dreams to Him and see them grow.

2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV) “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

God has your back if you let Him. Cease the day! You’re a Winner!

Morning Line: By the Spirit

 Through Christ Jesus at work in you. You’ve been given the power and authority to walk and live in “The Faith of God” led by the Holy Spirit

John 14:12-14 (NRSVCE) “ Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father. I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  If in my name you ask me for anything, I will do it.”

Matthew 17:20 (NRSVCE) “ He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior this promise is for you. You have in you the same faith and Holy Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the grave. The same Holy Spirit and power He used to accomplish saving and healing miracles. Since it’s His supernatural faith, not our human faith, we’re capable of doing what He did and more! As we abide in Him in us.

John 15:3-5 (NRSVCE) “You have already been cleansed by the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.  I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit because apart from me you can do nothing.

Become filled wall-to-wall with the Holy Spirit, renewing your mind daily in God’s Word, producing its power in you. Empowered for Jesus Christ to touch the lives of the world around you. By Him, through Him working in you, seeing ” Life-Changing Miracles Happen” as you pass on the DNA of the Father–Son—Spirit.

Rejoice and Delight

 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [that is, separate you from profane and vulgar things, make you pure and whole and undamaged—consecrated to Him—set apart for His purpose]; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete and [be found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you [to Himself for your salvation], and He will do it [He will fulfill His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own].

Morning Line: Release Your Faith!

As you study and absorb God’s Word, you’ll learn that Jesus Christ encouraged people to act on their faith.

”faith without works is dead,” actions are important to release your faith.” James 2:26

 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:1-3

Stand fast without wavering on the promises of God, knowing His thoughts and ways are higher than yours, He can make a way where there seems to be no way. God believes in you believe in Him.

 “But Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but for God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

 “ What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us? “Romans 8:31

Soak your mind in the Promises and Words of God seating them in the soil of your heart. They will produce fruit guiding you in your spirit down the right path and on the right path to God’s winner’s circle for you.
