Eternal Life

Eternal Life

”…Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world? It is the one who believes and recognizes the fact that Jesus is the Son of God.

 This is He who came through water and blood [His baptism and death], Jesus Christ—not by the water only, but by the water and the blood. It is the [Holy] Spirit who testifies because the Spirit is the truth. [He is the essence and origin of truth itself.] For there are three witnesses: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three are in agreement [their testimony is perfectly consistent].

If we accept [as we do] the testimony of men [that is, if we are willing to take the sworn statements of fallible humans as evidence], the testimony of God is greater [far more authoritative]; for this is the testimony of God, that He has testified regarding His Son. The one who believes in the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies confidently on Him as Savior] has the testimony within himself [because he can speak authoritatively about Christ from his own personal experience]. The one who does not believe God [in this way] has made Him [out to be] a liar because he has not believed in the evidence that God has given regarding His Son.

 And the testimony is this: God has given us eternal life [we already possess it], and this life is in His Son [resulting in our spiritual completeness, and eternal companionship with Him]. 12 He who has the Son [by accepting Him as Lord and Savior] has the life [that is eternal]; he who does not have the Son of God [by personal faith] does not have the life…”1 John 5:5-12 AMP)

Morning Line: Waiting

Morning Line: Waiting for What

 “…now, Lord what wait I for? My hope is in thee. Deliver me from all my transgressions”                    Psalm 39: 7-8

There are many times when we feel as if we don’t know what we are waiting for. There are other times when we think we know, and then it would be good for us to realize that we do not know or how to ask as we pray.

God knows and is more than able to do for us exceeding abundantly above what we ask or think. Ephesians 3:20

We are in danger of limiting Him when we confine our desires and prayers to our thoughts. It is a great thing at times to say, as the psalmist says, “And now, Lord, what wait I for?”, “ My hope is in thee.” ( Andrew Murray)

My friends let your expectations rise beyond your past experiences or thoughts. The Father, Son, and Spirit forever love you and have for you more than you can ever imagine. I pray you have an open mind, heart, and spirit with eyes and ears to see, hear and do.

Morning Line: Rest Renews

Morning Line: Rest Renews!

 

Slow down and let your Father God order your steps, find your peace and pace, renew your strength in His presence and Word ready in His timing to set your course. You will find yourself in more Winners Circle’s. Slow down and smell the flowers. You will be glad you did.

 

Exhaustion is a by-product of over-committed schedules and endless responsibilities cramming in more by multitasking, and ending up emotionally and physically fatigued trying to do too much or do things that should be delegated. It’s not all up to you.

Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.
He gives power to the faint and strengthens the powerless.
 Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted;  but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary,  they shall walk and not faint. ‘Isaiah 40:28-31 (NRSVCE)

Be the One

Be the One
Be the kind of person who isn’t afraid to ask someone if they are okay twice if they say they are, but look like they aren’t.
Be the kind of person who smiles at people even if they don’t smile back.

Morning Line: Stand Up

Morning Line; Stand Up!!!

 

My Brothers and Sisters in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Stand Up. Your God is God on your worst and best day HE is with you and will not forsake you. Stopping talking and listening to the lying, devil and his minions. Jesus Christ placed him and then under your feet and gave you authority to live over and not under.

 

Isaiah 58:8-11 (KJV)

8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward.

9 Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”

My friend be not discouraged, He will give you the strength to run through a troop and leap over any wall. Get up shine up, put on your best self, and go cease the Day. You are a Special Winner!

Morning Line: Weakness to Strength!

 

Good news God uses weak and imperfect people to get things done, turning weakness into strength, putting Power in the ordinary.

 “but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.                     2 Corinthians 12:9  (NRSVCE)

“ For it is the God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in clay jars, so that it may be made clear that this extraordinary power belongs to God and does not come from us.  We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair;  persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;  2 Corinthians 4:6-9 (NRSVCE)

When you accepted Jesus Christ as Savoir and Lord of your life He began a change from the inside out, removing the things that will hinder your best life as we grow in the knowledge of Him and His Word. The Holy Spirit is leading you to the right course and training for victory in your race of this life. Preparing you daily for things to come, Growing you to release the BEST inside you.

“Therefore, since we have these [great and wonderful] promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, completing holiness [living a consecrated life—a life set apart for God’s purpose] in the fear of God..”   2 Corinthians 7:1(AMP)

Let God’s grace work in you, you are an overcomer, A Champion!

Resting and Trusting

“In peace [and with a tranquil heart] I will both lie down and sleep,
For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety and confident trust”

“Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness!
You have freed me when I was hemmed in and relieved me when I was in distress;
Be gracious to me and hear [and respond to] my prayer.
O sons of men, how long will my honor and glory be [turned into] shame?
How long will you [my enemies] love worthless (vain, futile) things and seek deception and lies? Selah. 
But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself [and dealt wonderfully with] the godly man [the one of honorable character and moral courage—the one who does right].
The Lord hears and responds when I call to Him.
Tremble [with anger or fear], and do not sin;
Meditate in your heart upon your bed and be still [reflect on your sin and repent of your rebellion]. Selah.
Offer righteous sacrifices;
Trust [confidently] in the Lord.

Lift up the light of Your face upon us, O Lord.
You have put joy in my heart,
More than [others know] when their wheat and new wine have yielded abundantly.

Pray Lord help me be still and rest in you blocking out the noise in quiet silence so that I may clearly feel your presence, and love, that I may hear your voice clearly. Amen

You’re a lump of coal under loving pressure being molded by our loving Father God pressing you into a one-of-a-kind Diamond to shine into the lives of others on His behalf.

 

”Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” Matthew 5:16

You are being prepared and trained to touch many lives.

”…Love one another. In the same way, I loved you, you love one another, this is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.”  John 13:34

Don’t blow it; God’s love is the most powerful force in your life. It’s up to us to keep it burning it brings in health, harmony, mercy, gentleness, and patience. It’s up to us to share the love of Christ Jesus.

But, in the confident assurance in God that faith gives, David urged himself and us to remember one thing above all—to wait patiently on God. “Wait on the Lord: be strong, and let thy heart take courage: yea wait thou on the Lord.” One of the chief needs in our waiting upon God, one of the deepest secrets of its blessedness and blessing, is a quiet, confident persuasion it is not in vain. Alive in Christ Jesus

Alive in Christ Jesus

 For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God;  not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].

 For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us]…

 For He Himself is our peace and our bond of unity. He who made both groups—[Jews and Gentiles]—into one body and broke down the barrier, the dividing wall [of spiritual antagonism between us], by abolishing in His [own crucified] flesh the hostility caused by the Law with its commandments contained in ordinances [which He satisfied]; so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thereby establishing peace. And [that He] might reconcile them both [Jew and Gentile, united] in one body to God through the cross, thereby putting to death the hostility.

 And He came and preached the good news of peace to you [Gentiles] who were far away, and peace to those [Jews] who were near.  For it is through Him that we both have a [direct] way of approach in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens [outsiders without rights of citizenship], but you are fellow citizens with the saints (God’s people), and are [members] of God’s household,  having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the [chief] Cornerstone, in whom the whole structure is joined together, and it continues [to increase] growing into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, set apart, and sacred to the presence of the Lord].  In Him [and in fellowship with one another] you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. Ephesians 2:8-14, 17-22 AMP)
