“ADONAI” My Lord My Savior
  I waited patiently for Adonai.
He bent down to me and heard my cry.
 He brought me up out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire.
Then He set my feet on a rock. He made my steps firm.
 He put a new song in my mouth— a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear, and trust in Adonai.
 Blessed is the one who put his confidence in Adonai,
who has not turned to the arrogant,
nor to those who fall into falsehood.
Many things You have done, Adonai my God
—Your plans for us are wonderful—
there is none to be compared to You!
If I were to speak and tell of them,
they would be too many to count!
 Sacrifice and offering You did not desire
—my ears You have opened—
burnt offering and sin offering You did not require…

 I delight to do Your will, O my God.
Yes, Your Torah is within my being.”
 I proclaim good news of righteousness in the great assembly.
Behold, I am not shutting my lips—Adonai, You know!
 I did not hide Your righteousness within my heart.
Rather I declared Your faithfulness and Your salvation.
I did not conceal Your lovingkindness
and Your truth from the great assembly.

 Adonai, do not withhold Your compassions from me.
Let Your mercy and Your truth always protect me.
 For evils beyond number surround me…

 Adonai, please deliver me!
Adonai, come quickly to help me!
 Let those who seek my life to sweep it away
be put to shame and humiliated.
Let those who wish me evil be turned back in disgrace.
 Let those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”
be appalled over their own shame.
 Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You.
Let those who love Your salvation
continually say: “Adonai be magnified!” Psalm 40: 2-7, 9-17

 He has prepared a table before you. Psalm 23:5Take time to pull up a chair open His word (your Bible) relax, talk, and quietly listen, let God’s Spirit fill your spirit with His presence in you and guide you throughout the day to victory.

 Be open,“ The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places, and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water,  whose waters never fail.” Isaiah 58:11 (NRSVCE)

Take hold and confess today, Mark 10:27” With men it is impossible, but…with God: all things are possible”

Trust God’s Word to complete his promise in you. His Spirit will illuminate you and your spirit, releasing his power strength, knowledge, and wisdom to run your race life.

You are a Winner and more than a Conqueror highly favored by “Father-Son-Holy Spirit”

The Cloak of Jesus

As Christians, we shall wear the cloak of the Lord.

Chaplain Dan Fick

Mathew 9:20-22 (NIV) – “Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, ‘If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.’ Jesus turned and saw her. ‘Take heart, daughter,’ he said, ‘your faith has healed you.’ And the woman was healed at that moment.”

A cloak could be described as an overcoat without sleeves. Cloaks have been worn primarily by men for thousands of years. The cloak of Jesus had miraculous healing power.

Matthew 14:35-36 (NIV) – “And when the men of that place recognized Jesus, they sent word to all the surrounding country. People brought all their sick to him and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.”

Our faith calls for us to show compassion for those around us, for they all need our love.

Colossians 3:12 (NIV) – “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”

As we go through this life as Christians, we should faithfully strive to follow Jesus and do what he would do. So, we shall wear the cloak of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Thereby, spreading love whenever and wherever we called. If you do, do not be surprised by the thankfulness and love you receive in return.

Gracious God, Our Heavenly Father, please let us be cloaked in loving kindness for all You send our way. We pray this in the Precious Name of Jesus! Amen!

Lord remind us today of all your love, benefits, and promise. Help us hold fast and not waver as you hold us in your mighty heart and hands. Lord, you are our Bread and Breath of Life.

Rejoice and Be Glad

Brothers and Sisters, stand firm in the Lord in all ways.

Rejoice in the Lord always—again I will say, rejoice!  Let your gentleness be known to all people. The Lord is near.  Do not be anxious about anything—but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.  And the shalom of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Messiah Yeshua.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise—dwell on these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—put these things into practice, and the God of shalom will be with you. Philippians 4: 4-9 (TLV)

Rejoice in the Lord our God and Creator is Always He is Always with you.

Morning Line: Be a Leg-Upper

Always be ready to give a leg up.

 “Here is a simple rule of thumb for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you; then grab the initiative and do it for them!

If you only love the lovable, do you expect a pat on the back? Run-of-the-mill sinners do that. Do you expect a medal if you only help those who help you? Garden-variety sinners do that. If you only give for what you hope to get from it, do you think that’s charity? The stingiest of pawnbrokers does that.

“I tell you, love your enemies. Help and give without expecting a return. You’ll never—I promise—regret it. Live out this God-created identity for you and how our Father God lives it toward us, generously and graciously, even when we’re at our worst. Our Father God is kind, asking you to be kind.

 “Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults—unless, of course, you want the same treatment. Don’t condemn those who are down; that hardness can boomerang. Be easy on people; you’ll find life a lot easier. Give away your life; you’ll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity.” Luke 6:31-38 The Message (MSG)

Who are you mentoring, and encouraging toward success? We all need someone who believes in us, encouraging us on. “Be that person”

Patients and Trust

The steps of a [good and righteous] man are directed and established by the Lord,
And He delights in his way [and blesses his path].
When he falls, he will not be hurled down,
Because the Lord is the One who holds his hand and sustains him. 
I have been young and now I am old,
Yet I have not seen the righteous (those in right standing with God) abandoned
Or his descendants pleading for bread.
All day long he is gracious and lends,
And his descendants are a blessing.
Depart from evil and do good;
And you will dwell [securely in the land] forever.
For the Lord delights in justice
And does not abandon His saints (faithful ones);
They are preserved forever,
But the descendants of the wicked will [in time] be cut off.
The righteous will inherit the land
And live in it forever.
The mouth of the righteous proclaims wisdom,
And his tongue speaks justice and truth.
The law of his God is in his heart;
Not one of his steps will slip.

I have seen a wicked, violent man [with great power]

Mark the blameless man [who is spiritually complete], and behold the upright [who walks in moral integrity];
There is a [good] future for the man of peace [because a life of honor blesses one’s descendants].

But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;

Morning Line: Have Centurion Faith

 ^“ When he entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, appealing to him  and saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, in terrible distress.” And He said to him, “I will come and cure him.”  The centurion answered, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof; but only speak the word, and my servant will be healed.  For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this,’ and the slave does it.”   When Jesus heard him, He was amazed and said to those who followed Him, “Truly I tell you, in no one in Israel have I found such faith. I tell you, many will come from east and west and will eat with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, while the heirs of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” And to the centurion, Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you according to your faith.” And the servant was healed in that hour.” Matthew 8:5-13 (NRSVCE)

By faith, God’s power is activated, and “Nothing “ is a match for Him in your life—sickness, pain, or any lack. In Christ Jesus, you are more than a conqueror. As you fully trust in the mercy, grace, and steadfast love of Father God, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, you will find your path and direction and come out on the other side on Top.

Morning Line: Count on It

 Count on God’s Provision! Trusting God is going before you in every area of life knowing nothing surprises God.

By prayer and faith be careful to avoid “What If’s, Could’ve, and Should’ve”.

As we choose to trust God to meet our needs, God is at work all around us, preparing to meet our needs that we are not yet aware of. God’s answer is on the way. Be at peace; you are never alone.

God’s Promise: “I will provide for their needs before they ask and help them while they are still praying”. Isaiah 65:24

Let the joy of the Lord God rise in you through His Son Jesus Christ and His peace, grace, and provision will overtake you.

“…for this day is holy to our Lord; and do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength…” Nehemiah 8:10
