We may not realize it, but what we say, how we say it and when we say it has a tremendous impact on others. In order for us to achieve what is in our hearts, mind, and soul, we must remember to think about our message. It needs to be delivered so that it is impactful, constructive, supportive and all those concerned will benefit from our words.
