Shed Row Wisdom: Struggles

 

In the book of Romans, the Apostle Paul wrote about his struggle with the sin that easily attached itself to his life making him miserable.  The failure to do the right thing every time made him even more miserable.  Who has the power to deliver him from the rassling match of his mind, always coming out the looser.

It is the spirit of life through Jesus that will deliver not only Paul but each of us in our daily struggle with the law of sin and death that haunts our failure.  That walk with Jesus is totally free and our choice.  Remember the Spirit of Life and not death.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.  Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:10-13(NKJV
