Trust in God’s Timing
“God never hurries. There are no deadlines against which He must work.”
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some
understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not
wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Patience is often challenging in our fast-paced world, yet Tozer
reminds us of God’s eternal perspective. Unlike humans, God
operates outside of time and space, working in perfect harmony
with His plan. 2 Peter 3:9 emphasizes God’s patience and His
desire for everyone to come to repentance. Trusting God’s
timing means surrendering our schedules and expectations to
His perfect will. Today, reflect on an area of your life where
you need to trust in God’s timing and ask Him for patience.
Lord, teach me to trust in Your timing and to rest in the
knowledge that Your plans are always perfect. Amen.
