Morning Line: Victory in Worship and Praise!

 

Worship and Praise lead to Victory!          

 

 “ But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such as these to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24 (NRSVCE)

God has promised to give you “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness” (Isaiah 61:3).

Satan can’t stand it when someone other than himself is receiving praise and honor, so the spirit of heaviness will lift when you begin to praise your God. It will fall off you like a garment. The weight you carry will lift. Your sorrow and pain will turn to hope, gladness, and peace. 

Jesus said, “The Father seeketh such to worship him…in spirit and in truth” John 4:23-24

As you enter heaven’s court with praise and thanksgiving, you will feel the ever-increasing presence of your Father God, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. They are with you at all times. To bless you, strengthen you, and cause you to rise above your discouragement. You can literally praise your way through the storm!  When you keep your head up and your eyes on Jesus, your heart begins to rejoice even in the toughest test. It takes effort, but it’s worth it.

Remember, you don’t always win every fight in the first round. But if you hang in there and keep answering the bell with praise, you will be victorious. Why? Because the fight was fixed by Christ Jesus a long time ago at Calvary.

“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.                  Hebrews 4:15-16 (NRSVCE)

Praise God, Seek God, with your head up you are about to take a Win Picture. 

There is no more time for lukewarm faith, get hot, dive in 100% don’t be left behind Christ Jesus is coming soon!
