Morning Line: Two

As we run the race of life, we need one another, even more as we are not in competition with each other. We are members of the same team. There are going to be bumps, spins, and falls. We will need to be picked up and ready to pick someone up.

^“Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help. Again, if two lie together, they keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone? And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken…” Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12 (NRSVCE)

Be ready in do season to encourage, pray and give the assistance you can. We all need each other to get where God has in mind and heart for us to go.

God our Father giver of life we pray, teach us to do your will, O Lord. At home and at work; open our eyes to the demands of love and life. In business and pleasure: grant us the wisdom to choose as you would have us to choose, that you would strengthen our Life in serving you. Thank you for your grace and mercy, Amen.
