Relax, Rest, and Take a Breath let the Father, Son, and Spirit lead you in All things. They are interested and want to be full partners in All of your life and well-being.

Rest and Relax today do not worry it only drains your spiritual battery. 

 “Don’t worry, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”  Philippians 4:6, 7

Friends have peace, trust God, don’t stew away the day, let go, let God. It really makes the devil mad and opens your Spirit for Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit pouring in guiding you to peace and victory.
