Morning Line: Point of View
“love suffers long, and is kind; charity envies not; love boasts not of itself, is not puffed up…” 1 Corinthians 13:4
Most conflict is caused by a difference of opinion, a lack of understanding, fear, self-contentedness or failure to appreciate differences. 9 times out of 10 understanding the other view solves the conflict. But difference of opinion absolutely does not justify hate, violence, or disrespect for authority.
“ A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:” Proverbs 1:5
As your hearing improves so does your kindness and appreciation of different people, have a great day listening and spreading kindness. Keep as open a mind and spirit as you can, change what you can accept what you can’t and move forward. Some are in your life for a step one lesson, others are for the long haul, your assignment is just to take the next step.
