Most conflict is caused by a difference of opinion, or lack of understanding, fear, and self-centeredness. Failure to appreciate differences in each and ourselves, when, 9 times out of 10 understanding the other person’s view solves the conflict, as your hearing improves so does your kindness, seeing, and workability in appreciating differences of other people. It doesn’t mean you give up your convictions or accountability, it means you are open to allowing others to be different without strife.

Pray today for an open heart, mind, and spirit; choose to be a peacemaker. It will bless you and open doors you have never imagined.
