John 13:33-35 (NRSVCE) 33 Little children, I am with you only a little longer. You will look for me; and as I said to the Jews so now I say to you, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come.’ 34 I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

God our Father giver of life we pray, teach us to do your will, O Lord. At home and at work; open our eyes to the demands of love and life. In business and pleasure: grant us the wisdom to choose as you would have us to choose, that you would strengthen our Life in serving you. Thank you for you grace and mercy, Amen.
