Morning Line:  Direction

“ If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you. But ask in faith, never doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind; for the doubter, being double-minded and unstable in every way, must not expect to receive anything from the Lord. James 1:5-8 (NRSVCE)

You can’t move a wagon with a horse hooked on opposite ends. Don’t be double-minded. A team of horses is meant to work as a team to accomplish a task.                                          

They are a team like Father, Son & Spirit ready to join you to make you part of their team, to have good health and a good life spiritually and physically.

 Ask God to show you which horse (person or thing) to move or let go.

 Christ Jesus said in Matthew 11:30 ” my yoke is easy, and my burden is light”

King David wrote: “Trust in the Lord and do good;  so you will live in the land, and enjoy security. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. Psalm 37:3-5 (NRSVCE)                                                

Friend this is a great promise to hang your hat on.                                                                                  

Pray with me, Father, Son, and Spirit my heart is yours help me identify any double-mindedness in me. Help me to remove it and focus fully on you and your way. My Heart, Mind, and Soul are yours fill them with your will and your great desires for me, and clearly know your will and path for me to take. I am all in, lock stock, and barrel. Amen

You have a destiny; your yoke is easy when you are pointed in the right direction. 

God is saying let my Holy Spirit lead being willing to let me have the reins of your life today? You won’t regret it.
