“What do you mean ? What don’t you have ?”

“I do not have authority over other people to tell them what to do.”

“Do I ever tell you what to do ?”

“Very rarely. We decide together and you help us to reach the right decision. Or you know the answer and explain it’s logic to us. If our logic and our answer is better you listen and use ours.”

“Exactly. It is painful for a true leader to rely on his or her authority.”

“But what do I need to do to become a leader, then ?”

Leaders are not appointed. People become leaders when they earn and get the following.

Trust. Here is how we earn get trust:

Respect. Here is how we earn respect

Initiative: Do not wait for a perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect.

Sharing: share information, knowledge, credit

Influence and Inspiration: Influence people to do the right things, inspire them to do their best.

Empowerment: empowering others and stepping back. An employee is a rocket, a leader is a rocket booster.

Telling people what to do is not anywhere here. Because it is not what leaders do, that’s what bosses do. Leaders do not act from a position of authority or a title, they lead by influence, inspiration and a personal example.

It’s almost time to head back to Gillespie Downs 2018 Race Meet & County Fair, Fredericksburg, Tx

The 1^st & 3^rd weekends of July & 2^nd & 4^th weekends of August.
We need your prayer and support traveling  from Phoenix, Az has added more cost than usual. We are able to go because of your support and prayers.
Every year we are privileged to witness grandstand to barns, with workers, patrons and our track family. Showing the love and healing power of Jesus Christ.

Morning Line Chapel and Mulligans for Life, with your support, is privileged to continue working for our Father God in the highways, back roads and barns across the US and Internationally through internet and social media. With your prayers and support we are touching approximately 4000 lives daily. This year has been filled with great success, touching lives with the “Gospel”, spiritually, physically, mentally, and when possible financially.                                                                                                                                                      Moving into the summer prayerfully consider partnering financially with us to help us bring in the harvest. Many doors are opening, and we need your help to get the job done, Our Arizona team had great success again over spring break working with “Beach Reach” at Lake Havasu touching the lives of the collage people and leading many to Jesus Christ. Doors are also opening in the business community.
On the slate for summer : Outreach at the Arizona Grand Canyon Indian outreach, expected 2000 in attendance, providing sound staging and along with personal ministry, The Gillespie County Race Meet and Fair, July and August, Fredericksburg, TX.
Weekly we witnessed many miracles of physical healing, restoration of relationships, successful rehabilitation, salvations and rededication to the Lord. We pray daily and counsel with many and are able supply spiritual resources through your generous support; our outreach extends to Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona and around the world.

The Big Horse Is In

After spending nearly 30 years on many racetracks large and small. Working on breeding farms and training centers. I have looked back and found that I have lived my entire life in the shadow of ‘ The Big Horse”

In racetrack lingo, The Big horse is the ultimate of everything. If money is borrowed, it’ll be paid back when the Big Horse comes in. If things aren’t right, If things aren’t right, they will get better when The Big Horse comes in. If I don’t have a big horse in my stable, I’m always running at your Big Horse. Everyone is looking for The Big Horse to satisfy all their needs. I’ve had some friends who Big horses in their stables. All their hopes and dreams were centered around when the Big Hoses came in. It appeared that time after time. The Big Horse came in but somehow, he just wasn’t big enough to go around.

Since I have been off the track, out in the world I’ve noticed that folks out here are also looking for The Big Horse. Although they don’t call it The Big Horse, they are waiting for him to come in just the same. Individuals, communities, churches, and even whole countries are waiting on The Big Horse to come in.

As individuals, we are waiting for that one thing to happen that will get us over the hump. As communities, we are waiting for that something to happen that will unite us. As churches we are waiting for the next revival, for evangelist to pull the magic out of his hat that will be the answer to all our troubles. As a country, we are waiting on The Big Horse to come in the shape of a political candidate, or the big tax reform. Friends, we are all just waiting for The Big Horse to come in!

Dear reader, The Big Horse is in! His name is JESUS CHRIST! Every need as individuals, communities, churches or countries is met through him. Jesus Christ is the answer for all the world today! His past performance charts are written down in the Bible. (God’s condition Book for us.) His present charts, even His future charts. Every record of this Big Horse is down for us to read and study, if we just will.

Don’t get trapped by the devil waiting your life away on the Big Horse of the world to come in, cause he ain’t and the finish isn’t even close. The race has been won, and Jesus is waiting for you in the Winners Circle. Won’t you join Him there and accept what He has already done for you?? Today is the day of salvation.

If you would like to hook up with the Big Horse Jesus, just get quiet for minute, ease over somewhere by yourself, and bow your head and pray the simple prayer. Heavenly Father, I am a sinner, an “also ran” I’d like to be a winner, I accept Jesus now as my personal Savior and make Him Lord of my life. Father forgive me of my past performances, my bad race charts. I thank you for removing them from your remembrances as far as the East is from the West. Thank you for giving me a stall in heaven, and letting me start over with a clean training chart. Thank you for making me more than a winner. Amen

The eternal joy of being one of God’s children, everlasting brothers in Christ, is a most rewarding blessing.

Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV) – “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

Finding joy in every day should be our quest. I believe God created us and put us here to be joyful. As believers, God has bestowed upon us the Holy Spirit to guide us to a lifestyle where we will be blessed with peace and joy. Peace of mind and joy of heart is all we need to ask for and all we really need to have.

We start our day with confidence, knowing “He that started a good work in us will complete it”…that God will finish what He started…no matter what it may look like in the natural God is bound to His Word… maybe life has thrown a curve ball and we’re not where we thought we would be or wanted to be…but God…His plan never changes…it’s always for our good…it may look or feel a little different…we may even have to take a different path…but if God started it He will finish it…the finished product will be for our good and His glory!!!
