Grudges

 BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE GRUDGES YOU HOLD! A lot of conflicts come from misunderstandings of what we’re really trying to say, so when you get upset at someone over a text try not to nurse that grudge too much. They may not have communicated clearly or you may have read something into it that they didn’t write, it can be very easy to misinterpret signals through text.                                                                                                                                                           By Dr Gina Pazzaglia Phd, LADC, LCSW

As I look back on the many tests and trials of life…I’m reminded of the many times I thought it was finished…but God wasn’t finished… the times it looked like it was over…but it’s not over until God says it’s over…I would like to say I was filled with faith but right before I was ready to give up He would come through… but He looks beyond our faults and sees our needs…where would I be without all the but God times…we can’t forget in the dark what God said in the light…He still turns ever test into testimony…every trial into triumph!!!

Continue Learning & Growing

Oh Tuesday again 💕….. Continuing to keep growing & learning …It’s not how good we are…it’s how good we want to be.

What if our true learning potential was unknown, even unknowable, at best? What if it were impossible to foresee what we could accomplish with a few years of passion, toil, and training

😊? It’s all about the mindset. And it’s one we can cultivate at any point in life!!!!! How do we develop a growth mindset ?

Acknowledge and embrace imperfections ; Hiding from our weaknesses means we will never overcome them.

View challenges as opportunities ; Having a growth mindset means relishing opportunities for self-improvement. Learn more about how to fail well.

Replace the word “failing” with the word “learning” ; When we make a mistake or fall short of a goal, we haven’t failed; we have learned.

Emphasize growth over speed; Learning fast isn’t the same as learning well, and learning well sometimes requires allowing time for mistakes. Valuing the process over the end result.

Cheers to taking ownership over our attitude ; Once we develop a growth mindset, own it……….Acknowledge oneself as someone who possesses a growth mentality and be proud to let it guide us throughout our life ❤🙏!!!

Applied for a position. Aced the interview. Recruiter called and said I was the top contender. Then I got rejected. I later learned that they hired a relative of the CEO. I got much better job instead somewhere else.

Learned: 1. You can be the best and still not selected

2. You do not get rejected, you get redirected
3. When you don’t get selected, it is their loss, not yours
4. Your value does not diminish because of someone’s inability to see your worth
5. Believe in yourself no matter how many rejections you get.
