Be Healthy
Acknowledge the Lord of All Peoples and Angels. He will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out of the stocks
Malachi 4:2-3

“But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
Malachi 4:2-3 NLT
Imagine a roping calf. He is well fed, anxious, bouncing, and restrained. Then the gate is open and out he flies. No cowboy wants to be in front of the calf. His energy is so powerful, he will trample anything in front.
Ill health in our mind, emotion, body, spirit, relationships, or resources is the restraint. In Christ we are full of energy and power. When the restraint is loosened, we bounce out.
Sometimes a lingering ill health works to convince us the energy is gone. Pain and problems over time create furrows in the tissues of the brain that resist right thinking. Atrophy sets into muscles. Then healing sneaks up on the patterns and says, “Be healed.” Energy swoops into the newly free areas. It might take a minute or a month or more, but we build new sinew and synapses. The youthful vigor of health refreshes.
Go ahead and enjoy.
