Peace-Refuge-Strength

“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character],
Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].

“Trust [confidently] in the Lord forever [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner],
For the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages]” Isaiah 26:3-4  (AMP)

Isaiah 26:3-4 emphasizes that God will provide perfect peace to those who maintain steadfast trust in Him. This peace is characterized by unwavering faith and reliance on the Lord, who is described as an eternal rock.

The Nature of God.

• Perfect Peace — God promises to keep those whose minds are steadfast in perfect peace, reflecting a deep trust in Him.
• Steadfast Mind —A steadfast mind is crucial to experiencing this peace, focusing on God rather than circumstances.
• Eternal Rock — The Lord is our ‘Rock eternal, our stability and always reliable in times of trouble.
• Trust — The call to trust in the Lord forever reinforces that faith is foundational to receiving His peace

^“The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places,
and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden,
like a spring of water, whose waters never fail” Isaiah 58:11(NRSVCE)
